Pixelgen Technologies unveiled a technology for exploring the protein interactome at the single cell level, building on its earlier technological work in DNA-based 3D proteomics, says a company official, adding that the Proximity Network Assay delivers nanoscale spatial analysis of immune cell proteins at scale. The new technology underpins the Pixelgen Proxiome kit, which launched recently with the goal of offering researchers high resolution of single cellular analyses by providing a new omics dimension for novel insights into disease mechanisms, drug response, and biomarker discovery. The Proximity Network Assay at the core of the Pixelgen Proxiome Kit allows researchers to study protein interactomics at high scale, adds the company spokesperson.
